Brewers Rice
is a very small broken rice and rice germ obtained after cleaning, de-stoning, and most of the time even with polishing process. This ensures the cleanliness of our brewers rice.
Colored Rice
is the rice grain whose color is differ from normal rice grain. It may be too yelllow, solid white, or even red.
These grains were sorted out during the optical sorting process, which is after cleaning, de-stoning, and most of the time even with polishing process.
